Circle of Rights uses its skills and knowledge to inform individuals and their families about chronic conditions that can lead to stroke. The organization is working with Montgomery College and University of Maryland students as independent contractors.

The organization is taught in different languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Amharic
  • Korean

Programs are presented at:

  • Homeless shelters
  • Senior centers
  • Low-income schools
  • Adult training programs
  • ESL centers
  • Ethnic communities
  • Low-income housing
  • Community centers
  • Food, shelter, and clothing facilities
